Order coverage

Shipping is offered only to locations and for items accepted by the checkout. Most orders are readied in approximately 1–2 business days; after dispatch, transportation commonly takes an estimated 2–4 business days. Neither period is a promise, because carrier conditions and delivery restrictions can change.

Checkout charges and notifications

The checkout determines whether free shipping applies and displays the final available service and charge. An accurate street address, email address, and phone number are required. Tracking details are forwarded when the carrier makes them available.

When delivery does not proceed normally

If a package is delayed, lost, marked delivered but not found, or received with shipping damage, send the order number, checkout email, tracking information, destination details, and relevant images. Certain destinations or products may be restricted, and carrier research may be needed before a solution is confirmed.
